ABOUT
Our Mission
AT THE UNKNOWN WITHIN
One very simple mission: To help people create an intentional life.
Because 'is this it' shouldn't be a common feeling when thinking about our lives. We explore the science behind how our minds work, making that knowledge accessible, and help people apply it in meaningful and practical ways.
MEET THE CREATOR : POPPY WESTON
For as long as I can remember, my mental health was a battle. But in my twenties, after finally reaching a place of stability, I was left with an unsettling question: Is this it?
That’s when I discovered Mental Fitness. I realised that while I was now finally mentally healthy, my mental fitness was weak. That realisation sparked an obsession. I dove headfirst into self-development, mindset training, and every mental discipline I could find.
Because feeling Okay went from an accomplishment to the mundane
Determined to understand the deeper layers of how we think, feel, and act, I returned to university to earn a master’s degree in Psychological Science, became a certified Life Coach, and studied Emotional Intelligence. Through this journey, I created my own approach to Mental Fitness and began seeing results that absolutely transformed my life to a place of inner contentment.
But no matter where I looked, I kept seeing the same thing: people stuck, not because they weren’t capable, but because their Mental Fitness was holding them back. They weren’t struggling; they just weren’t thriving. That realisation made it impossible for me to ignore the bigger mission ahead. And that’s how The Unknown Within was born.
This isn’t just about self-improvement, it’s about unlocking the subconscious patterns that shape our lives and training our minds to work for us, not against us. Everyone deserves to feel fulfilled and have a life that feels intentional to them.
