Our Approach

We base our coaching around four key pillars: Vision, Thoughts, Action and Feelings. 

Mental fitness is the ability to manage thoughts, emotions, and behaviours effectively. It’s about training the mind the same way we train the body - building strength, flexibility, and endurance to navigate challenges with clarity and confidence. And at the core of it all is the subconscious mind, which drives the majority of our decisions, habits, and reactions.

FAQ's 

  • Q: ARE WORKOUTS IN-PERSON OR ONLINE?
    We know that most teams are now at least hybrid or spread across multiple locations. Therefore, the majority of our workshops are delivered online. However, we can arrange for in-person workshops to be delivered.
  • Q: HOW LONG IS EACH WORKOUT?
    Workouts are designed to be roughly 45 minutes long. However, we can shorten and lengthen depending on your timetabling.
  • Q: HOW LONG ARE BOOTCAMPS?
    Bootcamps are weekly sessions delivered for your team, to really shape all their mental fitness muscles. We can work together to find a suitable length programme to meet your needs but are typically 6 week long.
